Once your contract is signed and your retainer is in, your date is locked in and the fun begins. You’ll receive my Wedding Welcome Guide — full of helpful information about timeline planning, engagement session tips, and what to expect along the way.

Planning Together

As your day gets closer, I’ll help you build a custom photography timeline that flows naturally with your celebration. We’ll look at everything — light, location, and little details — to make sure we’re creating space for both the big moments and the quiet ones in between. If you’re working with a planner (which I highly recommend!), I’ll collaborate with them to keep everything seamless. My goal is to help your day feel effortless, so you can stay present and soak it all in.
The Wedding Day
On the day itself, my goal is to blend into the celebration — capturing authentic, unposed moments. I’ll help organize family photos, direct portraits with gentle prompts, and document all the small in-between moments you might not even notice happening. When your day arrives, I’ll be there with a steady presence — ready to document everything as it unfolds. I’m hands-on when you need direction, and quietly observant when the moment calls for it.
During portraits, I’ll guide you with easy, natural prompts so it never feels stiff or overly posed. During the rest of the day, I’ll blend in, capturing laughter, tears, and the quiet beauty of everything in between. My couples often tell me that I bring a sense of calm to their wedding day — and that’s always my goal. I want you to feel like you can fully be yourselves, knowing that every moment is being captured beautifully.

Within a week, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks so you can relive the magic (and start sharing!). Your full gallery is delivered in 8–10 weeks in a beautiful online collection — easy to download, share, and print.
